By using this website, contacting us, enrolling in a program, or opting in to our text message program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from IN THE ZONE SPORTS PERFORMANCE LLC, doing business as ITZ Sports Performance. These messages may include offers, discounts, program announcements, camps, clinics, memberships, events, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice.

Programs, Payments, and General Terms
Program registrations, memberships, camps, clinics, private training, and pickleball access are subject to availability and to the schedules, rules, and facility policies posted at our facility or provided at signup. Training and pickleball involve physical activity and a risk of injury. Participants, and for athletes under 18 a parent or guardian, agree to follow staff instructions and facility rules. We may change our programs, schedules, pricing, and offerings at any time. Payments, memberships, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase. We may suspend or end access for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive to other athletes, members, or staff.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the ITZ marks, belongs to IN THE ZONE SPORTS PERFORMANCE LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. This website and its content are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability arising from use of this website is limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the effective date shown above.
