MEET THE TEAM
These are the people who keep ITZ running — from scheduling and systems to member support, daily operations, and marketing. Behind every session and program is a team that makes it happen.

Trainers & Coaching Staff
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Our team is more than just a group of trainers and coaches, we’re mentors, motivators, and role models committed
to helping athletes succeed both on and off the court.
Each coach brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and purpose to every session. Whether it’s private sessions, youth classes, or elite prep, our trainers bring years of experience, high-level knowledge, and a heart for player development. Our trainers are dedicated to developing game-ready skills, strong character, and a love for the game that lasts. With backgrounds in competitive play, youth development, and performance training, our team is united by a shared mission: to invest in the whole athlete. That means we don’t just teach skills—we build confidence, encourage leadership, and foster a culture of hard work, respect, and growth. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, high-energy environment where every athlete feels supported, seen, and challenged to be their best.
At ITZ, you're not just training with a coach—you’re training with someone who believes in your journey.
Aiden Keefe
Trainer | Senaptec Specialist

Aiden Keefe brings energy, creativity, and a deep love for the game to every training session at ITZ Sports Performance. A lifelong hooper, Aiden started playing basketball in first grade and now interns for both the Gonzaga Men’s and Women’s basketball programs—supporting their social media content and staying immersed in high-level hoops culture.
Currently completing his degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management at Gonzaga University, Aiden specializes in Senaptec sensory training, basketball skill development, and digital content creation. Since joining ITZ in November 2024, he’s helped athletes of all ages grow in both confidence and ability.
With experience working basketball camps and a gift for connecting with players, Aiden's coaching style blends competitive fun with next-level attention to detail. His favorite skills to teach? Getting downhill, attacking the rim, and finishing with flair and control.
Off the court, you’ll find him rock climbing, creating sports content, or watching The Office. And while he’s all about hard work, Aiden believes in keeping training fun—with weekly challenges that push players beyond the gym and into real progress.
“I want to help athletes build discipline that translates into every part of their lives—on the court, in the classroom, and beyond.”

Teagen Hoard
Trainer | Senaptec Specialist

Teagan is a multi-sport trainer with a strong foundation in both basketball and baseball development. A former college basketball player, Teagan brings firsthand experience, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for mentorship to every session he leads. Before joining ITZ, he worked with Built4Ball, assisting with camps and youth development programs, laying the groundwork for a career centered on athlete growth.
Now in his third year at ITZ Sports Performance, Teagan specializes in baseball training for athletes K–12 and also leads sessions using Senaptec technology to improve vision and reaction skills. His experience playing at the collegiate level and learning under great trainers has shaped his athlete-first approach, always focused on helping the next generation grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game.
Known for his calm presence and positive energy, Teagan takes pride in seeing young athletes apply what they’ve learned as they move forward in their basketball or baseball journey.
When he's not on the court or in the cage, Teagan enjoys traveling to Italy, relaxing with friends and family, and spending time with his three English bulldogs. His all-time favorite player? Derrick Rose. Favorite sports movie? Coach Carter. Enough said.
“Being coachable is one of the most valuable traits any young athlete can have. Have fun—but always be open to learning.”
Troy Oliver
Trainer | Senaptec Specialist | Kinesiology Specialist

With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and over six years of experience training youth athletes, Troy Oliver brings expertise, energy and heart to everything he does at ITZ Sports Performance. For the past 2.5 years, he’s been a trusted and versatile presence across nearly every corner of the gym. Whether he’s working with our younger Rookiez and Ballerz classes, to training with our middle and high school athletes, or helping out with our camps, clinics, and tournaments.
Troy is also one of our Senaptec specialists, helping athletes improve their vision, reaction time, and cognitive performance. His passion for training comes from his own positive experiences in youth sports, and he’s committed to giving today’s athletes the same encouragement and growth he once received. Troy has focused on helping athletes build strong foundations, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Troy’s approach to coaching is built around fun, inclusivity, and a strong belief in progress through effort, not perfection. He works hard to create an environment where athletes feel safe to challenge themselves, make mistakes, and discover what they’re capable of.
“Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Learn the game, enjoy the process, and give yourself permission to grow.”
When he’s not coaching, Troy stays active by training himself to keep pace with the athletes he mentors. He also enjoys playing sports with friends and spending time on the water with his wife and their dogs.
