Information We Collect, How We Use It, and Who We Share It With
We collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, athlete and parent or guardian details, school and grade, and the contents of any message you send us. You provide this when you fill out a form on our website, call or email us, register for a program or membership, or start a chat with us. We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as pages visited and general device and browser details, to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
We use this information to respond to your questions, to provide and administer private training, group training, camps, clinics, memberships, and pickleball access, to process payments, to send you service and account messages, and, where you have asked to receive them, to send marketing and promotional messages. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, including our website, scheduling, payment, email, and messaging platforms, and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services for us. We do not sell your personal information. Many of our participants are minors, and information about athletes under 18 is provided by and administered together with a parent or guardian.
