Our SHOT LAB is designed for serious athletes ready to elevate their game and learn how to shoot at their maximum potential. Powered by NOAH BASKETBALL TECHNOLOGY, athletes receive instant audio and visual feedback on all three critical shooting metrics:
Athletes will also receive corrections on shooting form, including shot preparation, movement integration, release mechanics, shot angle, catch-and-shoot vs. shooting off the dribble, balance, and much more.
The data-driven approach builds consistency, confidence, and muscle memory on every single shot.
Assessment
Athletes will start out shooting around for about 10-15 minutes and HEAR the instant feedback analyzing their shot in real time via the NOAH Basketball sensor system. After their session is complete, we will study the visual data given about their session, which includes: 6 letter grades, heat map, rim map, and more. This data-driven breakdown reveals the shooters' tendencies, miss patterns, spray patterns, and overall consistency. Based on the data, a custom plan will be discussed and presented to the athlete and parent to explain the potential outcome and how to elevate their shooting potential.
