SAQ training is critical to top performance in sports. With the use of the Senaptec sensory station, Vertimax V8EX, and Run Rockets, ITZ is taking SAQ to the next.
The Senaptec Sensory Station is the secret weapon utilized by college, professional, and Olympic athletes worldwide. The Senaptec training focuses on sensory performance – the most overlooked aspect of training. Utilizing this new type of speed and agility training, athletes develop cat-like reflexes. The Senaptec Sensory Station training is available ONLY at ITZ Sports Performance.
Combine our Senaptec training with our Run Rockets and Vertimax V8EXes in a challenging circuit training style never before offered in Spokane and you will see your sensory performance, functional strength, and overall sports performance improve dramatically, limiting the potential for injury and unlocking your athletic potential.
